Smoke Alarm Assessment

Get your property Smoke Alarm Assessed in line with the Residential Tenancy Regulations. We recommend this is completed at least annually to ensure ongoing compliance is maintained.

Get an assessment of all the existing Smoke Alarms in your rental – including any installation and maintenance required. If you choose, we can even replace what’s needed.

Working smoke alarms or detectors are compulsory in all rental homes. Landlords must ensure smoke alarms are working at the start of each new tenancy and remain in working order during the tenancy.
