Ministry of Justice
PROJECT
Ministry of Justice
Condition Assessment & Asbestos Surveys
The Ministry of Justice required Betta Group to undertake scheduled physical inspections of the Ministry of Justice property assets. The reports were Condition Assessments that included healthy Court data and updated floor plans across the entire Ministry of Justice portfolio of 74 courts New Zealand wide. This was in conjunction with completing updated Asbestos Survey & Management Plans across 56 Courts.
All assessments were required to be standardised and Asbestos reports updated to ensure compliance with Worksafe New Zealand requirements. Betta Group captured consistent data that fed into the Ministry of Justice long-term strategy for asset management.
Betta Group worked alongside the Ministry of Justice to understand the additional asset data that was required during the scoping phase and met these requests for each increase in data as well as an increase in the number of Courts requiring the Condition Assessment going from 56 to 74. Full and complete condition assessment data and asbestos survey updates provided to the Ministry of Justice.
