About this inspector

Wayne brings a huge amount of property experience to the team, having spent considerable time in the building industry in various roles. Wayne started his building apprenticeship in 1975 then spent the next few decades working as a carpenter and went on to start up his own building construction company working on residential and light commercial properties. This has meant that Wayne has a vast amount of knowledge of the industry for whatever your property needs may be. He also has plenty of experience within the pre purchase and pre sale inspection and has spent time as a Body Corporate Committee member so knows the ins and outs of various property arrangements. Outside of running a successful Betta license he enjoys travelling or time outdoors mountain biking or cruising through Wellington’s bustling city on his motorbike.
