Our team is growing and looking to hire someone in a brand new full time Sales Representative role.

Hours of Work
This role is full time Monday to Fridays 8:30am to 5pm.
There may be occasional travel required so a full valid driver’s license is needed.
About The Role
This is a brand new role, so requires someone energetic and passionate about sales, with a customer focus. This is a fixed term 12 month contract while we launch our new product but if the role is successful we hope to turn this into a permanent role within our business.
You will undertake outbound sales with the aim of generating additional business from new clients, existing clients or lost clients, primarily focused on selling a new product we are launching in the market, and increasing sales within our existing product offering.
This role requires you to quickly build and develop relationships with clients across a targeted portfolio.
We expect that you will be the sales generator, however there may be a small amount of account management required.
We operate using the Microsoft suite, and are a technology driven business so require an enthusiasm for using technology to get the most from your leads and to maximise efficiency.
You will:
- Focus on outbound calling to meet targets
- Generate and deliver quotes and pricing proposals while educating the customer on our services
- Maintain the company CRM with accurate record keeping
- Design, develop and deploy channel strategies in line with the company sales strategy
- Conduct online meetings to build strong and lasting relationships
- Implement strategies to increase sales conversion rates
- Provide product knowledge and pricing for the services we offer to clients
- Undertake market research & competitor analysis to determine characteristics, trends, opportunities, threats and refine our sales strategy in response
About You
To win this role, you’ll have:
- A high level of sales skills and techniques and be able to build strong relationships
- A confident, motivated self starter with a proactive approach to sales that always seeks out opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills with a resilient attitude
- Strong time management skills to juggle multiple leads and opportunities
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel from time to time
- Have ideally 2+ years of sales experience, including cold calling, with a proven track record in B2B sales
- Demonstrate resilience to potential client setbacks
- Be able to represent the company well in all written and oral communication
- Have experience using Microsoft Office products, and ideally Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM or similar
